Rick Moore has, as of the weekend of 3/25, removed all signs that I have seen on public highway right-of-way. He has called and asked for assistance in removing any of his signs in violation. He said some were placed by friends who were not aware of the law.

Political signs are illegal if placed on public highway ROW. This is for the Ward 3 Constable office. You know, the guy who enforces the illegal sign ordinance and littering ordinance. |
