These photos were taken on7/6/02. I emailed the Mandeville Planning Dept and Mayor Price about some of these signs on Monday afternoon, 7/1/02. On Wed I received this email from Mr Price. My followup email sent 7/4/02 night. These photos were all taken on the morning of 7/5/02. As you can see, the signs were allowed to remain on public property through the end of the Seafood Fest (as no city employees worked Thurs - Sun) with no penalties.
